What you need to know before you book:
Meeting Point: The Tully Gorge camping and day-use area is approx 1 hours drive from Mission Beach.
- Not recommended for travellers with spinal injuries
- Not recommended for pregnant travellers
- Not recommended for travellers with poor cardiovascular health
- Travellers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
- Minimum age is 6 years
Remember to bring:
- Change of clothes (wet set/dry set)
- Plastic bag for wet clothes
- Towel
- Baseball cap to fit under your helmet
- Sunscreen (don’t apply to forehead and back of legs)
- Waterproof Camera
- Enclosed footwear or sandals
- Personal insect repellant
- Your Go pro (we have mounts on some helmets so make sure you have the correct attachment for your Go pro) n.b. Taking your Go Pro or any other device is at your own risk, we will endeavour to provide backup ties etc to secure it, but please make sure your device is insured for rafting.
