What Are the Pier Markets?
The Pier Markets are a monthly event held at 1 Pier Point Road, Cairns City, right along the Cairns Marina.
You can shop for locally made crafts, art, candles, homewares, skincare, and even boutique fashion. There’s a little bit of everything, and it’s all presented by the makers themselves. They’re happy to chat, answer questions, or just let you wander through at your own pace.
A Market with a View
One of the standout features of the Cairns Pier Markets is the setting. As you walk between stalls, you’re never far from the water.
The markets are set up inside and just outside the Pier Centre, so if the weather turns, there’s cover. And plenty of spots nearby to grab a coffee, pastry, or brunch once you’ve explored the stalls.
