Cassawong Cottages offers 6 self-contained cottages in two configurations.
One-bedroom cottages (Possum and Lorikeet) feature king size bed with all linens, spa bath with shower over, comfortable couch, TV with DVD player and choice of DVDs, games and books, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, and stove top, private garden courtyard and deck with outdoor table, chairs, and BBQ, rear deck overlooking rainforest for cassowary spotting, washer and dryer, and unlimited WiFi.
Two-bedroom cottages (Sunbird, Gecko, and Kookaburra – 3 total) feature king size bed in bedroom 1, 2 single beds in bedroom 2, walk-in shower (no spa bath), private fenced courtyard with undercover deck, outdoor dining and BBQ, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, TV and unlimited WiFi, and direct access to lagoon-style pool.
All cottages are air-conditioned in bedrooms with overhead fans in all living spaces. Beach towels, hair dryer, and complimentary initial supply of shampoo, conditioner, soaps, and washing powder are provided.
The property features a beautiful lagoon-style saltwater swimming pool with water cascading down rocks, sun terrace with outdoor sun lounges, covered outdoor BBQ and seating area, lush tropical gardens, in-room massage available by booking, car rental service, and free tour booking service for local activities.
For children, DVDs, music, and board games are available.
Cassawong Cottages is pet-friendly, welcoming guests travelling with their furry friends. The beach across the road is convenient for dog walking.
Rates start from approximately $140–$144 per night for one-bedroom cottages, and from $239 per night for two-bedroom cottages. A $200 damage deposit is required, collected by credit card 7 days before arrival and refunded within 7 days of checkout subject to inspection. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required.
Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am. Bachelor and bachelorette parties are not accommodated.
